'OpenLedger Pizzeria' started with a vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-operated business that passed down recipes across generations.
Marco Rossi, our creator, mastered the pizza-making craft while exploring Italy, where she trained with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the home of pizza. After her return to the UK, she was inspired to offer the true experience of Italian pizza, adhering to classical methods and selecting only the finest ingredients.
What originated as a cozy 12-seat pizza parlor has expanded into a cherished community gem, but our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. Our heritage wood oven techniques are maintained, our dough is prepared freshly each day, and we continue to seek out premium quality ingredients.
Nowadays, 'OpenLedger Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi family's second generation at the helm of our fervent team. Though we've adopted a few contemporary improvements, our foundation persists: crafting savory, true-to-origin pizza that unites patrons.
